Two weeks with this serum and I'm hooked @clientbrand #ad
In development. For influencer and UGC agencies.
Every post link, screenshot and #ad check in one place.
I'm building CampaignLedger, a simple tool that helps influencer agencies collect, check and store proof of sponsored posts, and turn it into a clean report for the client.
It's not live yet. I'm talking to agencies first so it gets built around how you work. Agencies that help me shape it get 50% off their first 2 months.
- Link saved
- Screenshot stored
- #ad visible in caption
- Approved
Right now, proof lives everywhere
In a lot of agencies, proof of sponsored posts is spread across a spreadsheet, a Drive folder, Slack threads, WhatsApp and email.
- Spreadsheet
- Drive folder
- Slack
- A creator posts, and the link ends up in a chat nobody can find a month later.
- Screenshots sit in someone's camera roll or in a folder with 400 files.
- Nobody is sure who checked the #ad, or when.
- A post gets edited or deleted, and the proof is gone with it.
- A client asks for proof, and someone loses an afternoon building a report.
The work itself is simple. The problem is that it's spread over five tools.
What CampaignLedger does
Four steps, from the moment a creator posts to the report your client sees.
-
Set up the campaign
Add the client, the campaign and the creators working on it.
-
Save the proof
Paste each post link and upload a screenshot. Every entry gets a date and time.
-
Check the disclosure
Go through a short checklist for each post and set the status: Pending, Approved, Needs fix or Fixed.
-
Send the report
Export a clean PDF for the client with every post, screenshot and check in one document.
What's in the first version
- Workspaces for your clients and campaigns
- A creator list per campaign (name, handle, platform, notes)
- Post links and screenshots, stored together
- A disclosure checklist per post
- Status tracking
- Notes, plus a history of who changed what and when
- PDF reports for clients
- A dashboard that shows what's still missing
Tell me how you work and I'll build it around that.
I'd rather build something agencies use every day than guess what they need. If you run or work at an influencer agency, I'd like to hear how you handle proof today.
What I'm asking
Reply to my email, or write to ahmad@campaignledger.io, with a few lines on:
- How you track post links, screenshots and #ad checks right now
- What takes the most time or goes wrong most often
- What a tool like this would need to do before you'd pay for it
What you get
- 50% off your first 2 months when CampaignLedger launches
- A first look at the early version
- Your workflow shapes what gets built first
Built for small and mid-sized agencies
Influencer, UGC, TikTok and creator marketing agencies, usually between 3 and 30 people, running campaigns with 10 to 100 creators a month.
If your team tracks proof in Sheets, Drive, Notion, Slack or WhatsApp today, this is for you.
Who's building it
I'm Ahmad Eknan, and I'm building CampaignLedger on my own from the Netherlands.
That means when you email, you get me. No sales team, no support queue. What you tell me goes straight into what I build next.
Questions
Anything else? Write to ahmad@campaignledger.io.
Is this a legal compliance tool?
No. CampaignLedger helps you collect, organize and show proof. It doesn't give legal advice, and it can't guarantee that a post meets the rules. Your team still makes that call.
Does it connect to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube?
Not in the first version. You paste the post link and upload a screenshot. It's simple on purpose, and it means you keep a copy even if a post is edited or deleted later.
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
You can, and most agencies do. But a spreadsheet doesn't keep the screenshot next to the link, doesn't show who checked what and when, and doesn't turn into a client report on its own. That's the gap I'm trying to close.
What will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. I want to understand what it's worth to agencies first. If you help now, you get 50% off your first 2 months.
When will it be ready?
I'm talking to agencies first and building after that. If you share how you work, you'll be the first to know and the first to try it.
What do you do with what I send you?
I only use it to build the product and to reply to you. I won't share it or add you to a mailing list. Details are in the privacy policy.
